- Outer protective cover
- Crate, carton or woven cover. Takes the handling, abrasion and dust.
- Aluminium barrier laminate
- PET + AL + LLDPE. A near-zero moisture and vapour transmission seal.
- VCI film or paper
- Carries the inhibitor that vaporises to fill the sealed air space.
- Sealed cavity + desiccant
- VCI vapour coats every surface; desiccant takes residual humidity.
